Located in the heart of the wine region, just a few minutes from the small port of ST Florent or the charming village of Oletta. It is in the plain of the Conca d'Oro - the Horn of Plenty - near the port of Saint-Florent, that Jeremiah and Sophie invite you to live an enchanted parenthesis.Their farm, the «Nebbio Vegetable Garden» is a small Eden planted with centenary olive trees, fields of tomatoes, onions, zucchini, cucumbers, potatoes. The table at the farm can welcome you for lunch, dinner.
Basil, lemons, pumpkins, aubergines "rosa bianca" and tomatoes "beef heart" are just a few minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Saint-GermainFlorent, this timeless place is revealed after ten short minutes during which the concrete of the road has given way to the earth of a track as we see a lot of it in Corsica. Jérémie Verdeau, the owner, is first and foremost a farmer. Throughout the year, it supplies markets, supermarkets and restaurants of the island, but when the summer comes, its production is especially to be found in the plates of this restaurant that it holds with a young and welcoming team. Here, you have lunch under the olive trees, the hens have free quarters, the sheep are not far away, and the calm of the place allows even to take a little nap in the facilities provided for this purpose. The cuisine, fresh and refined, obviously honors the products of the vegetable garden next door: vegetables, fruits or flowers are found in your plates, the selection of wine honors young winemakers of the Patrimonio appellation and the whole allows to spend a few hours in a quiet and lush environment.
